What does it mean for a person to be free? How does this fit into our Catholic Faith? How does this affect how we live our lives? What does this mean for the larger community and public life? Join us for a short talk from Trinity Parish’s Summer seminarian Greg Caldwell along with Q and A. There will be coffee and light refreshments.
Our summer seminarian, Steven Marchand will be giving the second of a two-part presentation for the parish speaking about how Catholicism has and does affect culture. Attendance of the first part is not necessary to attend the second part. Topics will include questions such as: How does a Catholic view the world? How does a Catholic relate with creation and spiritual realities? Do the sacraments affect my worldview? How does prayer and the liturgy affect me and the wider culture? What is the role of beauty in our lives?
Where? The parish hall right next to St. Theresa’s Church in Orleans. Click here for directions.
When? Beginning at about 6:00pm following a 5:15pm Mass in St. Theresa’s church on Thursday, July 28th, 2016.
